Q: Some keys are showing incorrect symbol or key.
  A: There is an option menu of language when start to install the driver for keyboard. Choose the correct language to match your keyboard.  
Q: Why do POWER-SLEEP-WAKE keys not work?
  A: The ACPI function is only supported by Windows 98/ME and 2000. ACPI support must be activated in the system BIOS of your PC. The special keys POWER - SLEEP - WAKE will only work if this is the case.  
 
Q: Why does the light under my optical mouse stay on after the computer has been shut off?
  A: If the power supply is an ATX type, the light will keep on, and if the power supply is an AT type, the light will be off. This is due to the ATX power supply will remain on after turn off the power on the main board. You may need to set up your M/B CMOS bios for the power management section or consult with your M/B dealer to rectify this issue.  
 
Q: I have an optical mouse, sometimes the cursor will skip and hard to move, why?
  A: There are several possible reasons: 1. Although optical mouse can work on most surfaces, while surface of pure white or multicolor are not recommended.
2. The optical engine inside the mouse is very sensitive. Any radio-equipment or alike should be avoided to be used around.
 
 
Q:I have followed the user,s manual to install my wirelesskeyboard and wireless mouse, keyboard works fine, butthe wireless mouse can,t work.
  A: Please follow the below instruction to set the product ID again.
1. Press reset in receiver and press keyboard reset within 6 sec.
2. Press reset in receiver and press mouse reset within 6 sec

 
 
Q: My wireless mouse can't work after changing the battery.
  A: The ID of your mouse has to be learned again. Please press reset in receiver and press mouse reset within 6 sec.
